Общие сведения
Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Project Assistant will provide technical and programmatic assistance to the programs. The Project Manager is also responsible for providing general assistance and administrative support. Duties performed may include organizing project events, conducting project activities, organizing and conducting monitoring visits, preparation of travel and other administrative documents, compiling records, organizing and maintaining files, posting information, support workshop and meeting organization, and coordination with internal staff and implementing partners staff on administrative related matters.

With minimal supervision, manage high volume workflow.
Service minded well organized, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiplied tasks and demanding schedules to deliver high quality results on time.
Knowledge of general office practices and organizational skills, administrative and planning skills.
Good proficiency in computer software applications in particular Microsoft World, and Excel.
Good command of spoken and written English and proficiency in local languages.
Report to supervisor on variances and status on regular basis.
Resourceful in gathering and providing information.
Frequent interaction with project leaders, administrative, and other staff.
Typical office environment. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; ability to lift 10-15 kg.

Bachelors Degree or its International Equivalent
3-5 years of related office administration experience.
Experience in management and administration of project/s in such spheres as civil society development, civic engagement, public administration is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with office software applications and spreadsheets.
Read, write and speak English; fluent in English, Kyrgyz, and Russian required.

Provides programmatic and administrative support to the CCF (Complex Crisis Fund) team, including Project Manager.
Provides overall administrative support and assistance to the Project Manager and the team.
Assists in organizing project events and activities.
Assists in writing project reports and other written deliverables.
Collects project-related information, provides briefs, and conducts initial research.
Provides assistance to the Project Manager and other team members in program-related tasks or any administrative matters.
Responds to the team requests for administrative support as needed.
Sets up and maintain files, prepares reports, presentations, and graphics, provides
Provide support to arrange meetings needed (e.g. scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, logistics).
Provide administrative support for procurement, travel arrangement
Arranges and provides necessary support for international and domestics travels for staff in the project
Performs other duties as assigned.
