Qualification requirements

adequate education;
at least 3 years professional experience in a comparable position. Experiences in the field of judiciary and/or in an international project environment serve as additional advantages;         
excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and in writing);
very good IT skills (knowledge of a classic office software suite, e.g MS Office); IT skills beyond typical user knowledge serve as an additional advantage (e.g. as a result of technical education);
ability to work in a precise and independent way as well as according to given time schedules;
ability to work in a foreign environment and an international team;
the person is initiative, efficiency-oriented, flexible;
willingness to up skill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management.
The advisor is responsible for

managing an area of responsibility that forms part of the work plan of the project;
assisting the International Key Expert with regard to the implementation of activities in the areas of eJustice and Court Management;
knowledge management and coordination.
B. Tasks
1. Advising the partner institution(s)
The advisor

administers project activities in e-justice and court management, develops and carries out relevant activities and compiles professional reports in these areas under the supervision of the International Key Expert;
deals with the design, preparation and implementation of workshops, seminars and other activities related to the work plan;
ensures quality assurance measures and suggests necessary changes and improvements.
2. Assisting the International Key Expert
The advisor
assists and monitors the development and implementation of project activities;: supports coordination, regular contacts and dialogue with partner institutions in order to improve good working relationships, assists with PR work and coordinates the work with other national and international organisations.
3. Knowledge management
The advisor

ensures knowledge transfer to project information;
assists the project with research activities and information on political issues that are relevant to the project;
prepares input for project reports and presentation documents.
4. Coordination tasks
The advisor
assists with general project planning, in particular in developing and implementing planning concepts including their monitoring during implementation, quality management, communication and documentation;: coordinates with other relevant project activities and ensures their smooth implementation avoiding duplication and redundancy of project input.
